This document describes a few extensions to MimbleWimble to allow multi-party UTXOs.

Description
There are two ways to construct multi-party UTXOs: using a shared commitment, or using a shared Tari Script.
Multi Party UTXO Commitment
Normal MimbleWimble does not have the concept of a multisig UTXO. The UTXO is a commitment C(v,r) = r·G + v·H with
the value blinded. However, because Pedersen commitments are linear, the blinding factor r can be composed of multiple
blinding factors, where r = r1 + r2 + ... + rn.
The output commitment can then be constructed as C(v,r) = r1·G + r2·G + ... + rn·G + v·H = (r1 + r2 + ... + rn)·G + v·H.
This can be used by multiple participants, where each participant has their own ri, keeps their private blinding factor
hidden, and only provides their public blinding factor.
The base layer is oblivious to how the commitment and its related signature were constructed.
To open such a commitment (in order to spend it), only the n-of-n blinding factor r is required, and not the original
aggregated signature that was used to sign the transaction. The parties that want to open the commitment must
collaborate to produce the n-of-n blinding factor r.
Tari Script
Because this UTXO relies on a shared aggregated commitment key, the script can be signed by any party. It can be a normal pushPubkey(K_s) script, where K_s is a shared key, or simply a Nop script.
Multi Party script
This also uses a shared commitment, but the script is constructed as a multi-party script. See Tari Script examples.
